Indianapolis dirt kart racing (2024)

About 1.5 hours north is a track called (mowkarts of Marshall county) They can be found on Facebook.

Their schedule can be found on here in "2024 SCHEDULES" thread.

Next race is June 30th. Hotlaps start at noon. Pretty quick show. $15 for pits that includes entry. Racing for trophy.

Worth the trip for the people alone.

Not much else north Indy that I know of.

How far is "near" to you?

Check Ben Hur's (Crawfordsville) schedule to see if they're running that night. Also Columbus (Stewart) and Jennings County to the south / south east of Indy.

It took me 5 seconds, without a facebook to find mwroc.

I couldn't even find columbus in the 2024 schedules.

They sound closed or extremely lame, because they are so hard to find.

Sorry about your bad luck and that columbus sucks, at least at promoting, and making themselves known.

Columbus posted a lot of big races the last couple years but have been silent this year. I have a feeling there may be promoter issues or it may be because Tony Stewart is trying to exit the circle track scene in general and they promoted it as Tony Stewart speedway or something like that.

Tony Stewart speedway, columbus, and little E all confuse me. Thought they were all the same, and I'm still not sure. I know columbus is in Indiana and little E Ohio but I used to type tony stewart speedway in and only Big eldora would pop up on google.

Somebody isn't doing a very good job at promoting somewhere.

Columbus added Tony Stewart to their track because he is originally from Columbus. He does own big and lil Eldora but never had anything to do with lil Eldora. From what I heard the main guy promoting Eldora does not care for karts and the promoter of lil e retired so that's when the track stop racing. The only kart racing at lil e is the mwroc as far as I know. It sucks because that was a track that had well over 250 entries every time it ran. As far as Columbus I myself have never been there but do know they would race both tracks throughout the season and would pull really good numbers of kart racers.
