Use rare hybrid Vaal Regalia with life, high energy shield and elemental resistances. One of the best mods to get is +% to spell critical strike chance.

Gloves

Rare Gloves

Regular pair of gloves with high life and elemental resistances for the elemental resistance cap.

For damaging mod, get % increased damage with hits against chilled enemies.

Boots

Rare Boots

Pair of boots with elemental resistances, life and high movement speed. As an alternative, if your resistances are capped, you can get a pair with dexterity and strength for gem/gear requirement.
